A SHOP in Bendigo’s Hargreaves Mall has been snapped up by a private investor $1.52 million.
Located at 285 Hargreaves Mall in Victoria’s regional city of Bendigo, the property was sold by Jones Lang LaSalle’s Stephen Bolton.
The three-storey commercial retail building is prominently situated opposite Myer Bendigo and adjacent to Killians Walk. It is currently leased to national retail chain, Barkins, for a five year term, with a further five year option.
The property has a building area of 725 sqm over three levels and returns approximately $112,040 per annum, representing an initial yield of 7.37%.
Bolton said the sale marks an important step for Hargreaves Mall following the re-development completion in March 2010 bringing Bendigo CBD into the next cycle.
