AN office-warehouse property in Airport West only minutes from the Tullamarine Freeway has sold at auction by agents DTZ for $1.025 million.
The property was purchased by an owner-occupier a local electrical services business.
Located at 16-18 Hawker Street, the property was built by and has been owned by the present owners for the past 38 years. The building was previously leased by Foster’s Australia as a soft drink and beverage warehouse facility until these operations were relocated.
The property comprises two levels including 250 sqm of office space and 1,070 sqm of warehouse space.
DTZ‘s Patrick O’Callaghan said the sale price is significantly stronger than before auction expectations.
