STORAGE solutions retailer, The Storage Superstore, has leased 1,000 sqm at the Geelong Homemaker Centre in Waurn Ponds.
Located at 2 Princes Highway, this is the company seventh outlet in.
Savills Australia associate director of retail leasing Jeremy Marmur negotiated the five year lease at a sqm rate believed to be around $250 a sqm.
Marmur said the company had been looking for a high profile site in a prime location.
“The site ticked all the boxes for Store with a highly visible location in a well regarded retail/bulky goods precinct anchored by Bunnings and Harvey Norman on the major thoroughfare into and out of Victoria’s second biggest city,” he concluded.
