PACKAGING giant Visy Boxes and More has leased a 1,918 sqm office warehouse in Brisbane’s TradeCoast area.
Visy Boxes and More is a subsidiary of Visy Industries. Visy has taken a three year lease with a three year option at the 2/142-150 Benjamin Place, Lytton.
CBRE’s Jamie Nason and John Slater negotiated the deal at $120 per sqm net on behalf of Opus Capital.
Nason said the TradeCoast had become one of Brisbane’s most popular industrial precincts.
“The area is highly sought after by industrial tenants due to its proximity to the Port of Brisbane, Brisbane domestic and international airports and the Gateway Arterial Motorway,” he added.
As a result of the lease CBRE has been appointed to market the property for sale.
