CAR restoration business, Oz Rods Hot Rods & Street Machine Specialists, has moved to a new warehouse at Meadowbrook in Logan City, south of Brisbane.
The company has relocated to 38-40 Nealdon Drive, Meadowbrook, in a deal negotiated by John De Martini of Ray White Commercial Springwood.
De Martini said Oz Rods heard of the rent reduced warehouse and jumped at the fantastic opportunity.
“The property is 897 sqm in total with a 90 sqm ground floor and a 90 sqm mezzanine office. It also has 13 external car parks with hardstand design, two container height roller doors to the warehouse, and offers a three phase 400 amp power system,” he added.
Oz Rods has taken out a 5 X 5 year lease at a net rental rate industry sources estimate to be approximately $76,000 per annum.
