RECRUITMENT agency Marble Group has moved into Brisbane's CBD, securing space at 239 George St, which is owned by Investa Office Fund.
Colliers International’s Kelly Moon negotiated the 275 sqm lease on level 14. The company has taken on a five-year lease and will pay a face rent of $570 per sqm.
Moon said the building owner provided fully refurbished space with an incentive which covered a new turnkey fitout to suit Marble Grouo’s requirements.
“With a lot of our competitors downsizing we see a huge opportunity to continue to strengthen our brand in Queensland. Having locally based consultants who grew up in the region is as ever an integral part of Marble’s success. Queensland is a great place to do business,” Marble Group QLD state manager Tim Killiam said.
