Private investors have sold an industrial office and warehouse at 4 Hope St, Ermington to Sydney-based removal company, Nuss Removals, for $7.05 million through Jones Lang LaSalle’s industrial directors Mark Cadman and Andrew Maher.
The property includes a well presented two storey 1,200 sqm brick office building and approximately 5,000 sqm warehouse space on a site of 17,000 sqm.
The property was previously occupied by Phillips Lighting and remains tenanted in part by Red Rooster.
Nuss Removals has expanded its operations and occupies the warehouse portion of the property.
The company’s head office and further warehousing operations are on the landmark site on Epping Road at Lane Cove.
According to Cadman, Ermington’s commercial opportunities include a number of large pharmaceutical companies.
“Nuss chose Ermington to provide an additional central metropolitan location from which they will be able to service all areas of Sydney,” he said.
