479 Burke Rd comprises a two-storey retail premises trading as the Lazy Cat Deli Café, which is subject to a 4 + 4 year Lease, commencing 1 May 2012. The passing rental is $42,514 per annum plus GST.
Sutherland Farrelly also a 309 sqm office/warehouse building at 24/137-145 Rooks Rd Nunawading at auction for $610,000.
Finally the agency a retail property leased to Nando’s at Unit 3, 4 Chapel St Lynbrook for $1,310,000. The property was sold subject to a seven-year Lease, commencing June 2015 to Nando’s Australia Pty Ltd with a current rental of $82,727 p.a. plus GST.
