QUEST Apartment Hotels has opened Quest Bella Vista at 24 Norbrik Drive, adding 147 rooms to its Sydney portfolio.
The brand new hotel is located within the Norwest Business Park, 33kms from the Sydney CBD.
Quest CEO Zed Sanjana said this is the group’s second largest property.
“Bella Vista is on a solid growth trajectory, in terms of becoming a business centre for surrounding suburbs and Sydney more broadly. Furthermore, Sydney continues to dominate as the premier destination for all traveller types – domestic, international, leisure and business.
“We’ve already received significant demand for Quest Bella Vista and I am confident the property is going to be a successful and valuable contributor to the Quest network,” he concluded.
Over the next 12 months, Quest will open 10 new properties across Australia and New Zealand, including at Mounts Bay Rd, East Perth and Fremantle (WA); Newcastle West, Macquarie Park and Griffith (NSW); Port Adelaide (SA); Dandenong Central (VIC); and Petone (New Zealand).
