ISPT has been building up its Perth retail property portfolio by stealth, acquiring Hay Street mall sites adjoining its enex100 CBD office tower.
The unlisted property trust has been revealed as the buyer of the $31.5 million purchase of the Sheffield House at 713 Hay Street, from Australian Property Investments Limited.
It also took the 709-711 Hay Street property, leased to Sportsgirl, for $12 million from the Perth Diocesan Trustees earlier this year, and 705-707 Hay Street next door for $17.5 million, which is tenanted by Dymocks and a café.
The trust will soon begin its $100 million upgrade of its Forrest Chase asset, which is home to Perth’s Myer department store.
