MARVAN Hotels has sold the Lidcombe Hotel in Sydney’s west for circa $36 million.
The gaming pub is on a 782sqm site that has an attractive 36-metre building height approval and floor space ratio of 5:1.
It also has a 24-hour liquor licence and three-hour gaming shutdown.
A private buyer acquired the site, which was sold by CBRE on behalf of publican Marcus Levy.
