PEMBROKE has secured global professional services group Accenture as a major tenant for the T&G Building at 161 Collins Street in Melbourne’s CBD.
Accenture signed a 10-year deal across two floors of the building, encompassing nearly 8,000sqm, around 30% of the lettable area.
It will join building mainstay IOOF, which committed to a new 10-year lease in June and doubled its footprint to 8,000sqm, and with Accenture bring the building 64% occupancy.
