A LOCAL group has braved the rain and competition from multiple bidders to purchase a two level office and showroom freehold investment in Melbourne’s eastern suburb of Nunawading for $2.75 million.
The sale price of 2-4 Burleigh Court represented a tight 4.62% yield.
CVA’s Ian Angelico and Jarrod Moran sold the 882 sqm facility, positioned on a 1,471 sqm site, on behalf of vendors that had built and owned the property since its construction in 1987.
It sold with a renewed lease of three years from April 2018 to Lalisse Australia Pty Ltd, returning $127,308 per annum net plus GST.
