A LONG lease to Carpet Court has laid the foundations for the $3.53 million sale under the hammer of a bulky goods showroom in Caringbah, in Sydney’s southern suburbs.
The 891 sqm site at 54 Box Road has a 510 sqm building leased to the national group with a return of $192,820.50 per annum plus GST, for a yield of circa 5.45%.
It has a 24 metre frontage to Box Road and exposure to passing traffic on Taren Point Road, and 10 on-site parking spaces.
Hayden Bennett and Damen Anstey of Commercial Property Group sold the property, which was marketed as a trophy investment.
