FRASERS Property has leased a brand new warehouse and distribution facility in Melbourne’s western industrial suburb of Truganina to CTI Logistics.
The transport and logistics group will pay $1,104,030 per annum for the 15,228 sqm property at 33 Archer Road, within the West Park Industrial State.
It has a 5-star Green Star rating, 36-metre wide awning 10-metre springing height, ESFR sprinkler system and full B Double-compliant hardstand.
Knight Frank’s Joel Davy and Tony Tripodi negotiated the deal.
Perth-based CTI Logistics recently acquired national group Jayde Transport as part of its ambitions to expand its operations.
