CBUS Property has revealed its vision for its upcoming project, The Langston in Epping, in Sydney’s booming north-west.
Located just 100m from Epping train station, on the site of the current Westpac office in Langston Place, The Langston includes three towers of 19, 25 and 29 storeys comprising 463 apartments.
Designed by Architectus, tower three, to be known as Langston Tower, will be located on the corner of Langston Place and Epping Rd, tower two (Langston Central) will be located to the south-west of tower three, and tower one (Langston Parkview) will be located at the corner of Pembroke St and Chambers Court.
The Langston will also include 1,681 sqm of retail space and 1,921 sqm of communal open space.
Works are scheduled to commence in January 2019.
Cbus Property CEO Adrian Pozzo said the project will be a key element of the Epping Town Centre revitalisation.
“The Langston will herald a new era for Epping and is set to be a major contributor to the improvement of public space that is planned as part of the new town centre, linking pedestrians from the station through to the eastern side of Epping.
“The announcement of the vision for The Langston comes at an exciting time for Epping, with the face of the suburb set to change significantly,” Pozzo said.
The project will offer a range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with prices starting from around $650,000 – reflecting Epping’s appeal to young professionals, couples, families, and downsizers.
