AN owner occupier has snapped up a whole La Trobe Street office floor in Melbourne’s CBD within four days of the property coming to the market.
Colliers agents Anthony Kirwan and Chris Ling sold the vacant 285 sqm level two of 501 La Trobe Street for $2.38 million.
The expressions of interest campaign was initially scheduled to run until August 3.
It features partitioned offices, conference rooms and open plan offices, glass façade on three frontages and views over Flagstaff Gardens. The offering included one basement parking space.
The property’s position in the city’s north-west puts it in the CBD legal district and close to Flagstaff train station.
