TAUBMAN’S Paints has leased a 418 sqm showroom at 249 Wickham Rd Moorabbin in Melbourne’s south-east bayside region within days of the property coming to market.
It will pay $65,000 per annum net on a five-year deal with a five-year option negotiated by Rodney King of Crabtrees Real Estate.
The agency had recently leased another site to the expanding retailer in Oakleigh.
“Although we had a lot of interest in the high exposure property, we knew Taubman’s were keen to secure the site and the landlord was happy to have them as a tenant.” King said.
