A 1,700 sqm office, showroom and warehouse building in Sydney’s Campsie has sold under the hammer for $6.3 million.
Raine & Horne’s Luke Smith marketed 12 Harp Street, which was auctioned by Jesse Davidson of Auctionworks.
The 3,467 sqm site has a 40-metre frontage and large hardstand area with ample parking and outdoor storage, and is positioned across from Clemton Park Shopping Village.
It was marketed as having “enormous potential to further develop or adapt to suit a range of uses”, with the adjoining property zoned R4 High Density Residential.
