A WHOLE commercial penthouse floor of 163 sqm within Sydney CBD’s Chanel Building has attracted $2.65 million at auction.
Tim Noonan and Jonathon Bull of Noonan Property marketed Level 12 of 70 Castlereagh Street – more traditionally known as the Cullinan building – which was auctioned by Jesse Davidson of Auctionworks, and marked the first time the light-filled space with Hyde Park views had been listed in around 25 years.
It includes a recently renovated commercial fit-out with executive offices and open plan workspaces.
The building is on the corner of King Street and features a new façade, and houses the Chanel flagship store at street level.
