COMBINED strata office units home to Outlook Eye Specialists in Southport have sold together for $2.25 million at auction.
Lots 12 and 13 on level seven of Premion Place at 39 White St have a floor area of 372 sqm in the south eastern corner of the building, and were sold by Ray White Commercial’s Michael Willems and Jackson Rameau.
Willem said four registered bidders competed on auction day after more than 25 enquiries were received throughout the campaign. Bidding started at $1.2 million.
Outlook Eye Specialists has a brand new 10-year lease to 2029 plus three three-year options.
Willems said the appeal of medical premises was high as they offered strong returns with a secure tenant type, much like 39 White St.
He said the property has a perfect corner position on a high traffic road close to existing business and retail precincts, on a site that offers excellent connectivity and accessibility to a wide variety of business.
