MELBOURNE boutique commercial real estate agency Aston Commercial will be moving to Goldfields’ newly completed tower in South Yarra.
Aston commenced its journey in Chapel Street, Windsor some 15 years ago and rebranded from Beller Commercial three years ago.
It will now be moving to level 15 of the 24,500 sqm Goldfields House at 627 Chapel Street.
“Given Goldfields are occupying their own HQ in the building gave us further assurance that the building was going to be of six-star quality.” said Fred Nucara, Aston Commercial’s managing director
“The end-of-trip facilities and executive business lounge is something that both the Aston team and clients can appreciate.”
Aston Commercial set to move in November.

Goldfields House is now over 80% occupied. Tenants currently include myDNA, SICE ANZ and Oreana Property Group, in addition to co-working space provided by JLL and Goldfield’s joint venture The Loft.
