MORE than $10 million is expected for just over two hectares of land opposite the soon-to-be-completed Orchard Hills Metro Station in Sydney’s outer west.
A private family has appointed Colliers’ Thomas Mosca and Nick Estephen to sell the 2.02-hectare site at 63-67 Kent Road.
The agents said the highlight of the offering is its exceptional location, just 400 meters from the brand-new Orchard Hills Metro Station, while the property is also poised to benefit from the forthcoming rezoning plans that are anticipated to permit high-rise developments.
Mosca said the land presents a compelling opportunity for investors to enter the burgeoning rezoning land market.
“With its strategic positioning directly opposite the future Orchard Hills Metro Station, this property is well-positioned to be at the forefront of the market’s appetite for land.”
The property is the first in the street to be offered for auction in recent times.
Estephen said prospective buyers will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of Orchard Hills and leave their mark on the evolving landscape of the region, adding that the auction is expected to draw significant attention from developers and investors.
The property will be offered for sale via on-site public auction on Saturday, 19th August at 10.30am.
