JEWEL Private Residences is launching another collection of premium beachfront apartments, after securing $140 million in sales over 2023 so far.
AW Holding Group’s Jewel Private Residences sold out the first releases of apartments in its Sapphire Collection at the fully completed $1.5 billion three-tower precinct in Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast.
The new release includes 30 bespoke apartments, also in the Sapphire Collection, include one-bedroom plus multipurpose room (MPR), two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus MPR and three-bedroom plus MPR format, with prices ranging from $948,000 to $6 million.
TOTAL Property Group will market the new release, after selling out all 70 apartments in Stages One and Two.

Jewel Private Residences benefits from being connected to the five-star Langham Gold Coast and is the only completed apartment development in the 15km of prime Gold Coast coastline between Main Beach and Burleigh Heads.
With AW Holding Group partnering with international hotel group The Langham to incorporate five-star hotel amenities such as a beachfront lagoon pool with swim-up bar, café, restaurants, bar, and wellness facilities.
