LEONE Constructions has moved from St Kilda to South Melbourne after securing office space at 242 Ferrar St.
Lemon Baxter’s Jay Pavey handled the deal, which will see the company take the entire top floor comprising 240 sqm.
The tenant signed a five-year lease at $350 per sqm net.
‘’242 Ferrars Street is a character space and leased out within four weeks and very little marketing with no incentive,” Pavey said.
