ISPT and Vicinity Centres have opened the Halls Head Central shopping centre in Western Australia’s Peel region following a $55 million redevelopment.
Located 75km south of Perth, the Halls Head Central redevelopment is opening on schedule, ahead of budget and 100% leased.
The centre, which has tripled in size, now boasts a brand new Kmart, 55 specialty stores, a Coles and a casual dining precinct with a dedicated alfresco space. It will also be home to one of Western Australia’s first Aldi supermarkets, opening in the centre in June.
“We are committed to providing high quality, vibrant shopping experiences and we are proud to give the community of Halls Head great retail brands, exciting food and dining options, and convenient services,” Vicinity Centres executive general manager of development Jonathan Timms said.
ISPT’s general manager of retail services Sam Curry said the opening of Halls Head Central is ISPT’s second successful development partnership with Vicinity Centres.
