SOFTWARE company, Quantium, has leased the remaining office space at 8 Chifley, Sydney, owned by Mirvac Group and Keppel REIT.
Quantium increased their office space requirement from 4,780 sqm to 5,346 sqm.
8 Chifley is a 34-level 19,350 sqm office building located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.
“We are delighted that Quantium has increased their requirement at 8 Chifley, taking this award-winning building to 100% leased, with a weighted average lease expiry of 9.3 years,” Mirvac group executive office and industrial Andrew Butler said.
