AN advertising company has bought a fully self contained office floor at 102 Chapel St, St Kilda for $1.075 million.
The 315 sqm first floor property was sold at auction by agents Gray Johnson. The floor was previously occupied by a financial services firm.
Selling agent Ben Evans said that the property was considered as ideally suited to a professional firm as it also offers office space with a high ceiling with excellent natural light.
“I expected interest from a whole range of professional and business owner-occupiers seeking a full floor office level in an ideal location.
“The auction result was exactly in line with our pre-offer expectations,” Evans said.
