AIMS Fund Management Limited will consolidate units in its Property Securities Fund on a 1-for-10 basis.
The consolidation takes the number of units on issue from 450,906,537 to around 45,090,654.
The group said the consolidation would not affect a unitholder’s percentage holding in the fund, nor the underlying value of a unitholder’s consolidated unitholding in the fund.
