ASX-listed Alliance Airlines has signed a five-year lease for a storage facility in Brisbane’s northern suburb of Virginia.
The air charter operator will pay $240,000 per annum to the offshore owner, to lease 34 Yarraman Pl.
The 4,050 sqm site has a tile panel and metal-clad clearspan warehouse building of 2,512 sqm, with officer space over two levels.
CBRE’s Matthew Eckford and Dan Munnich negotiated the deal.
The property is located close to Sandgate Road and Robinson Road East.
