THREE individually titled factories at Airport West, 11 km north-west of Melbourne's CBD, have sold after auction.
CVA Property Consultants’ Craig McKellar and Anthony Carbone sold the properties located along Moore Rd after they auctioned separately on Wednesday 15th August 2012 and were all sold after auction within a two-week period.
The most expensive factory sold was 7-9 Moore Rd for $660,000, which comprises a 788 sqm building including 147 sqm of office space on a land area of 1,220 sqm.
The second sale, 5 Moore Rd, which comprises a 579 sqm building including a 50 sqm office and sits on a land area of 609 sqm, fetched $490,000.
And at 11 Moore Rd, a 400 sqm building including a 115 sqm office and workshop on a site area of 610 sqm, was sold for $400,000.
