LOW cost supermarket chain ALDI has opened its newest store in the Sydney Business Park, in the north-western suburb of Marsden Park.
The store is one of ALDI’s first featuring a new store layout and interior.
ALDI joins other currently open businesses at the new 256-ha campus-style business park including Bunnings Warehouse, Coles Express, IKEA, Lindt & Sprungli, Masters Home Improvement, Shell and Toll. Committed business feature Costco Wholesale, Dulux Distribution Centre, Home Hub Marsden Park, JB Hi-Fi and Forty Winks, amongst others.
The park, adjacent to the Marsden Park Town Centre, comprises 135ha of industrial land, 46ha of commercial land, 27ha of recreational/park lands, 22ha bulky goods retail and 6ha of residential land.
Infrastructure upgrades invested by the Sydney Business Park total $350 million, including new roads and intersections in the area improving arterial connections.
