Mark Anderson has been named managing director of CBRE Edmonton, Green Street News can reveal.
The promotion comes almost 15 years into Anderson’s time a CBRE, where he previously was one of the leaders of the office brokerage team.
He is taking over for David Young, who will remain the local capital markets team leader after three decades of high-level leadership at CBRE.
CBRE said Anderson brings an “impressive track record” in office leases and sales. His title is vice president and managing director. He reports to CBRE Canada president and chief executive Jon Ramscar.
Anderson is a graduate of the University of Alberta in biological sciences and chemistry. He also sits as chair of the board of directors for the Edmonton Downtown Business Association.
