ANZ Bank has extended the expiry date of Devine’s debt facility by two months.
ANZ has agreed to extend the expiry date of the multi-option facility from 31 August 2016 to 31 October 2016.
At the same time, the testing of the relevant covenants will also occur on 31 October.
