EILBECK Management Services is on the expansion path, paying $5.5 million for a 7,565 sqm undeveloped industrial site in Sydney’s Ingleburn with approval for a new warehouse project.
Knight Frank negotiated the sale of 41 Broadhurst Road.
The site is zoned Industrial 1 is positioned next to the railway tracks near Ingleburn station, and close to the Hume Motorway and Campbelltown Road.
