Auckland International Airport has sold nine properties, including eight rental houses, for $2.9 million.
The properties were purchased by a private investor.
The properties, located on Montgomerie Road and Westney Road in Mangere, were surplus to requirements and situated on a block of land not contiguous with the remainder of AIAL’s land holdings.
The sale of the properties will result in a $1.9 million profit on sale.
