DEALERSHIP Coastline BMW has acquired a 4,000sqm Caloundra West industrial site on Sunshine Coast to build a new state-of-the-art service centre.
The 19 Enterprise Street is a part of the Caloundra West Industrial Estate and sold for $1.175 million in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Caloundra’s Alan Gray and Len Greedy.
The sale price reflected a land rate of $293.75 per sqm.
Gray said Coastline BMW would be expanding their Nicklin Road, Currumundi dealership with the new service centre, which will include 22 service bays, reception area, customer lounge and a parts and accessories section.
