A Bondi Junction block of six studio apartments with ground floor retail has sold for $3.67 million under the hammer.
It marked the first time in 50 years that the 187-189 Old South Head Road property had been offered for sale.
The 323sqm site has a multi-level 256sqm building and six car spaces, and occupies an elevated location. It sold with potential for a mixed-use development with apartment or townhouses.
It was marketed with “strong development upside” by CBRE’s Nicholas Heaton, Michael Khouri and Gemma Isgro, and auctioned by Jesse Davidson of Auctionworks.
