THE boutique South Melbourne office building at 71 Palmerston Crescent is now fully occupied following a pair of leasing deals.
Lemon Baxter’s Jay Pavey negotiated for office interior design and fit-out firm Kontract Interiors and successful adtech start-up Unlockd to take a combined 549 sqm.
Each tenant agreed to a rental of $280 per sqm gross.
