MAKLAND Group has purchased a Box Hill development site for more than $13 million.
The site last changed hands in 2000 for $1 million.
The 1,485sqm property at 837 Whitehorse Rd was sold to a developer with a proposal for a 35-level project comprising 379 apartments.
CBRE agents Sandro Peluso, Mark Wizel and Ed Wright negotiated the deal.
