A HUGE development site in Melbourne’s prestigious blue ribbon bayside suburb of Brighton has sold in an off market deal for $13 million.
The site comprises approximately 3,500 sqm of land.
The sale price reflects a rate per sqm of approximately $3,700.
Knight Frank’s Danny Clark, Stephen Kelly and Andrew Greenway handled the off market transaction.
They said the site, zoned Neighbourhood Residential, boasts short term holding income and has development upside for a luxury apartment development.
