BROOKFIELD Multiplex has been appointed by Greengate to deliver an $80 million aged care and retirement village in Kogarah, in Sydney’s south.
The new 21,000sqm development, St Patrick’s Green Aged Care and Retirement Village, at 42-48 Chapel St, will include three buildings comprising 105 independent living units, a 92-room residential aged care facility with 100-bed capacity, and a two-level shared basement car park.
Construction of the Village is scheduled for completion by late 2017.
It is Brookfield’s second Kogarah project this year, with construction having commenced on the $307 million St George Hospital.
