A RESIDENTIAL development site in Melbourne’s Bulleen with approval for a 16-townhouse project has sold for $4.95 million.
Zoned Residential Growth, the 52-54 Manningham Road property in the north-eastern suburbs comprises two adjoining house blocks with a total land area of 2,113 sqm.
It sold at a unit rate of $309,375 and land rate of $2,342 per sqm, and has a height limit of 14.5 metres and apartment development potential.
Colliers International’s Hamish Burgess, Jun Lai, Ted Dwyer and Ben Baines sold the property.
“Townhouse sites in Melbourne’s suburban market continue to be in strong demand, particularly in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.” Burgess said.
It is 250 sqm from Bulleen Plaza and positioned in the Viewbank College school zone.
