DODO founder and property developer Larry Kestelman has teamed up with Qantas to offer as much as 649,000 frequent flyer points to home buyers in Melbourne.
Developers in Melbourne are already giving away freebies to entice buyers, including $40,000 furnishing packages, home theatre packages, stamp duty rebates of up to $45,000 and free marina berths at Docklands, just to name a few.
And now you can add Qantas frequent flyer points to the list.
LK Property Group currently has four new developments throughout Melbourne including Caulfield, Ormond, Brighton East, St Kilda, Footscray and Carrum Downs.
The four projects eligible for Qantas frequent flyer points are:
– Barkly Place Apartments at West Footscray
– 888 Shangri-La at Caulfield South
– 657 Nepean Highway at Brighton East
– 494 North Rd, Ormond
At Caulfield South, apartments start at $419,000 and buyers could potentially earn up 649,000 points, and at Brighton East, prices start at $479,000 and buyers could earn up to 539,000 points.
At Ormond, prices start at $499,000 and buyers can earn up to 545,000 whilst at West Footscray, prices start at $354,000 and buyers can earn up to 479,000 points.
“There is no other incentive of this type in the residential property market,”
LK Property Group CEO and founder Larry Kestelman said.
“With our offer of providing one point for each dollar paid on the deposit and balance of the purchase price of an eligible property purchased through an accredited agent, customers could earn hundreds of thousands of Qantas Frequent Flyer points. These points could be redeemed for real tangibles such as flights to hundreds of destinations, or items from the Qantas Frequent Flyer store.
“In today’s economic climate it is important that both property investors as well as owner-occupiers take note of what additional value and benefits they can receive when considering investing in property. At LK Property Group, we understand that in order to meet consumer expectations, we need to be constantly looking at new and innovative ways in which we can deliver additional value,” he added.
For customers who are not already Qantas Frequent Flyer members, this incentive includes complimentary program membership.
