The 810sqm site comprises 41A, B & C Beach Road, with a total building area of 350sqm covering three retail properties.
Shop A covers 116sqm and is leased to June 2018 to Salt Yoga, with a two-year option. The 90sqm Shop B is leased a florist until June 2018 with a three-year option, and the 89sqm Shop C is leased to Vietnamese restaurant The Coconut Kitchen until April 2019 with a five-year option.
