A 2,151 sqm development site at Swan St Richmond has changed hands for $18.2 million – $4.5 million above reserve.
CBRE’s Mark Wizel, Julian White and Paul Tzamalis negotiated the sale of 370-374 and 376-380 Swan St, on behalf of a private investor who had owned the property for decades.
White said the sale price indicated a rate of nearly $8,500 per sqm.
