ADJOINING office units within the Sydney CBD’s 22 Market Street office tower have sold under the hammer for $1.45 million.
Suite 501-502 covers a combined 141 sqm and sold with a new 3+3-year lease to recruitment and training group HRC Consulting Services, returning $89,687.50 per annum plus GST.
The suites are positioned across two titles in the north-west corner of the 14-storey building.
Tim Noonan and Ross Ladd of Noonan Property marketed the offering, which was auctioned by Jesse Davidson of Auctionworks.
