Suite 408 and Lot 108 were marketed with vacant possession by Michael Coleman of Harbour City Property, and auctioned by Jesse Davidson of Auctionworks.
The building is considered to be a rare purpose-built commercial building surviving in Sydney from the Edwardian period.
Suite 408 offers two separate workspace, ample natural light and aspect over Castlereagh Street.
