AFTER being given the go ahead by the Gold Coast City Council, Homecorp’s $150 million Eve Residences has brought in $100 million in sales in just a week.
The development, on Broadwater’s Golden Mile along Marine Parade, consists of 155 residences, consists of 86 two-bedroom apartments, 51 three-bedroom apartments, 16 sub-penthouses and two penthouses.
“Based off of the significant enquiry we received prior to the launch, the sales rate has just been phenomenal,” said Ron Bakir, CEO of Homecorp.
Since being granted DA, 108 apartments have been snapped up, selling in the range of $450,000 to $1,850,000.
At a combined value of around $15 million, a further 16 residences are under expressions of interest.
“We have had tremendous interest from local, Brisbane and interstate buyers driven by the incredible nature of the project, amazing amenities, and incredible value,” added Bakir.
The 25-level tower, will include a rooftop precinct with a residents’ club lounge, private dining room, gym, sauna, steam room and an infinity-edge pool with views of the Surfers Paradise skyline.
The tower, designed by award-winning architecture firm DBI, will also include a private lift for residents of levels 20 through 24, a 25-metre lap pool and spa, bbq, alfresco dining areas, a yoga lawn and basement parking for 281 cars.
“Homecorp Property Group’s uncompromising focus is on providing high quality, well-designed and affordable modern waterfront apartments, where supply on the Gold Coast is low, with unbeatable amenity and facilities,” said Bakir.
Construction on the Eve Residences tower is expected to commence in late 2021, with an anticipated completion in late 2023.
