FRASERS Property Australia’s The Grove is proving to be the group’s most in demand master planned community in Victoria.
The Tarneit based community has drawn the eyes of first home buyers, investors, upgraders and returning expats, receiving a 43% increase in enquiries over the past two weeks.
Over May and June there was more than one buyer a day putting a deposit to buy into the community, with 76 deposits received.
The Grove sits 31kms from the Melbourne CBD, sitting in the city’s western growth corridor and bounded by Davis Creek, the Werribee River and yet to be established waterways and wetlands.
“Communities with a lifestyle focus have been the subject of increasing demand and The Grove offers the desirable balance of larger land lots, plenty of outdoor amenity including bike and walking trails, and natural beauty in the form of wetlands and parklands,” said Sarah Bloom, general manager for development, Victoria at Frasers Property Australia.
Frasers recently fast tracked the release of new offerings at the Grove, following this demand, with lots in ranging from $269,500 to $410,000 currently available.
“Feedback from buyers is that, in the current climate, The Grove provides value, choice, lifestyle and future growth potential. As such, we’re seeing a significant increase in people investigating the choices on offer,” added Bloom.
The Grove will offer residents access to connected cycling and walking paths, a new town centre, schools, childcare and community facilities, including the soon to be completed neighbourhood activity centre.
